                               RESOLUTION NO. 18809
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH 
                   MXDESIGN, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES ON 
                   THE ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS OF THE 
                   SHEPHERD RECREATION CENTER.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 
       Agreement with MXDesign, Inc. for architectural services on the 
       additions and alterations of the Shepherd Recreation Center for 
       seven percent (7%) of the construction cost and subject to 
       certification of funds by the City Finance Officer.
